Welcome. At Plaza Primary Care and Geriatrics, we provide comprehensive
care for all adults starting at age 18. Our clinic is next to St. Luke's Hospital, near Kansas City's Country Club
Plaza, but we also provide care in selected nursing homes, assisted living centers, retirement centers and even private homes
(within a certain driving radius). We are dedicated to patient care, education and research, and the residents who practice
